What cookies are
Cookies are small files saved on your device. We also use related technologies like local storage and pixels; here we call the whole lot “cookies”.
Cookies we use
| Category | Purpose | Examples | Max lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Sign-in, bet slip, fraud and abuse prevention, load balancing | session id, age-gate, consent record | Session – 12 months |
| Preferences | Keeping your odds format, time zone and cookie choices | display settings | 12 months |
| Analytics (optional) | Aggregated usage figures that show us what to improve; no advertising | analytics id | 13 months |
| Marketing (optional) | Gauging how well our own messages land; never sold | campaign id | 13 months |
Advertising and marketing trackers never load without your consent, and we do not sell cookie data.
Withdrawing consent
Change your cookie choices whenever you like with the “Manage cookies” control in the footer, or clear cookies in your browser settings. Pulling consent does not undo any processing already carried out before you did so.
Your choice & guarantees
Turning down the optional analytics and marketing cookies won't lock you out, cut features or quality, stop you betting, depositing or withdrawing, or break anything. All it does is keep your usage data away from analytics providers; you can still bet and manage your account in full. The strictly necessary cookies (login, bet slip, security) stay on at all times and need no consent.
How long cookies last
Session cookies disappear when you close your browser; persistent ones stay for the period shown in the table above, or until you remove them. We keep a record of your consent choice so you aren't asked on every visit.
