If something has gone wrong, we want to hear about it. Here's how to raise a complaint and take it further, at no cost to you.

Step 1 — Contact us
Email support@knucklebet.co with your account name, the date things went wrong, and the outcome you're after. We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days.
Step 2 — Internal review
If our first answer doesn't settle things, ask us to pass it to a senior complaints officer. We aim to give you a final written response, with reasons, inside 14 days.
Step 3 — External resolution
Still not satisfied with our final response — or if we haven't given one within 45 days — you can refer the matter, free of charge, to the relevant body below.
Wagering and account complaints
If you believe we have broken the law, you can contact the regulator at any time, at no cost — there's no need to wait.
