Advertising Code
Our marketing complies with Australian wagering-advertising law and codes, and the National Consumer Protection Framework.
Last updated: 11 June 2026
Codes we follow
We comply with the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) and the broadcasting and online advertising rules made under it; the AANA Wagering Advertising & Marketing Communication Code; the Australian Association of National Advertisers (AANA) Code of Ethics; relevant state and territory wagering-advertising regulations; and the National Consumer Protection Framework. Complaints about advertising can be made to Ad Standards.
Our standards
We do not target minors, imply gambling leads to financial or social success, present it as a way to recover losses, or use language that encourages impulsive betting. All advertising carries an approved consumer-protection tagline and the 18+ mark, and includes a responsible-gambling message.
No inducements
Consistent with Australian law, we do not advertise or offer sign-up bonuses, bonus bets, deposit matches, refer-a-friend rewards or other inducements to open an account or to keep betting.
Opting out
You can opt out of direct marketing at any time from your account or via the unsubscribe link in any message. Registering with BetStop removes you from all provider marketing.
